Taxonomy
Sinoplecia parvita was named by Lin (1976). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is AAti07, Haifanggou, Beipiao City, which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian terrestrial mudstone in the Haifanggou Formation of China.
