Inioxyele whitei
Taxonomy
Inioxyele whitei was named by Zangerl and Case (1973). Its type specimen is FMNH PF6651, a skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Ace Hill, Plattsmouth, Queen Hill Shale, which is in a Gzhelian marine shale in the Lecompton Formation of Nebraska. It is the type species of Inioxyele.
