Sincola (Sinuina) sinuata

Taxonomy
Columbella (Anachis) sinuata was named by Sowerby (1874) [TYPE SPECIMEN: Neotype used as type specimen.]. Its type specimen is NMB H 17151, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. It is the type species of Sincola (Sinuina).

It was recombined as Strombina sinuata by Keen (1958); it was recombined as Strombina (Strombina) sinuata by Keen (1971); it was recombined as Sincola (Sinuina) sinuata by Jung (1989).
