Gerassimovia gefoensis
Taxonomy
Gerassimovia gefoensis was named by Licharew (1956). Its type specimen is TsNIGR 358/2139, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gefo Mountain, north Caucasus, which is in a Changhsingian marine horizon in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Gerassimovia.
