Yakovlevia californica

Taxonomy
Muirwoodia californica was named by Coogan (1960). Its type specimen is UCMP 12450, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP B-2878, Nosoni Creek, which is in a Roadian/Wordian deep-water shale in the Nosoni Formation of California.

It was recombined as Yakovlevia californica by Williams et al. (2000).
