Taxonomy
Rutorhynchia biplicata was named by Sun (1981). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Songmuxi Lake, 76AR35, Jieshandaji, Rutog County, which is in an Oxfordian marine horizon in the Jieshandaji Formation of China.
