Pinegathyris alata

Taxonomy
Pinegathyris alata was named by Grunt (1980) [Pinegathyris royssiana alata]. Its type specimen is TsNIGR 154/534, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kurga Village, Section 10, right bank Pinega River, which is in a Roadian marine horizon in the Kazan Formation of the Russian Federation.
