Discoidella perminuta
Taxonomy
Paraparchites perminutus was named by Kellett (1933). Its type specimen is USNM 85424 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is South of Missouri River bridge, Fort Leavenworth, which is in a Gzhelian carbonate limestone in the Iatan Formation of Kansas.
It was recombined as Discoidella perminuta by Jung Echols and Creath (1959).
