Licharewiella plicosa
Taxonomy
Strophalosia plicosa was named by Waagen (1884). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chittawan Near Ghari, Lower Fossiliferous Sandstone, Salt Range (Wynne), which is in a Wordian marine carbonate/sandstone in the Amb Formation of Pakistan.
It was recombined as Strophalosia (Heteralosia) plicosa by Reed (1944); it was recombined as Costalosia plicosa by Waterhouse and Shah (1966); it was recombined as Licharewiella plicosa by Wu et al. (2022).
