Waikatorhynchia waikatoensis
Taxonomy
Waikatorhynchia waikatoensis was named by MacFarlan (1992). Its type specimen is AU B273, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is AU 6692, Maretai Stream (R13/f6642), which is in a Puaroan marine horizon in New Zealand. It is the type species of Waikatorhynchia.
