Taxonomy
Ptilorhynchia seducta was named by Dagys (1968). Its type specimen is IGiG 310/78 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Boyarka River, Khatanga region (upper Valanginian), which is in a Valanginian marine siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.
