Boreiothyris pelecypodaeformis

Taxonomy
Terebratula pelecypodaeformis was named by Moisseiev (1938). Its type specimen is TsGM 28/5586 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Zyryanka River, Kolyma River basin (TsGM collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian marine siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Boreiothyris pelecypodaeformis by Dagys (1968).
