Nephrops maoensis

Taxonomy
Nephrops maoensis was named by Rathbun (1920). Its type specimen is USNM 328230, a claw, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 8525, Cercado de Mao, which is in a Messinian marine horizon in the Cercado Formation of the Dominican Republic.
