Vacunella curvata
Taxonomy
Allorisma curvatum was named by Morris (1845). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Illawarra (Strzelecki coll), which is in a Wordian coastal siliciclastic in the Gerringong Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Pholadomya (Homomya) curvata by Dana (1849); it was recombined as Sanguinolites curvatus by de Koninck (1877); it was recombined as Vacunella curvata by Runnegar (1967), Waterhouse (1967), Waterhouse (1969), Waterhouse (1983), Muromtseva and Guskov (1984), Waterhouse (1987), Waterhouse (1988), Dickins (1989), Astafieva-Urbajtis (1990) and Biakov (2019).
It was recombined as Pholadomya (Homomya) curvata by Dana (1849); it was recombined as Sanguinolites curvatus by de Koninck (1877); it was recombined as Vacunella curvata by Runnegar (1967), Waterhouse (1967), Waterhouse (1969), Waterhouse (1983), Muromtseva and Guskov (1984), Waterhouse (1987), Waterhouse (1988), Dickins (1989), Astafieva-Urbajtis (1990) and Biakov (2019).
