Jiania crebra

Taxonomy
Jiania crebra was named by Wang and Szwedo (2012). Its type specimen is NIGP 154598, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (NIGP collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
