Taxonomy
Pseudosageceras bicarinatum was named by Tozer (1965). Its type specimen is GSC 18814 and is a 3D body fossil.

It was synonymized subjectively with Cordillerites angulatus by Kummel (1969) and Wang (1978); it was recombined as Cordillerites bicarinatus by Tozer (1994).
