Cypridea gurvanensis
Taxonomy
Cypridea gurvanensis was named by Sinitsa (1986). It is not extant. Its type specimen is VNIGRI 975/70, a shell. Its type locality is Gurvan-Ereny-Nuruu (Outcrop 235/3) (VNIGRI collection 975), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large shale/sandstone in the Gurvan-Eren Formation of Mongolia.
