A. E. González-Guzmán 1967Pollen grain tricolpate, spheroidal to subspheroidal; furrow C α I, C β 2, C γ I; sculpture type striate, simplibaculate; semitectate. Furrows are bifurcate toward the poles. Thickness of exine about 1.5 μ; ectexine thicker than endexine. Polar area about 6.5 μ.
