Taxonomy
Retitricolpites minutus was named by Kedves (1999). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Slide F-III-49-578 (Catatumbo). Loc: 114.6X36.4 (micr. P0-58), a seed repro (Pollen grain), and it is a 3D fossil preserving soft parts.
