Marmosopsis juradoi

Taxonomy
Marmosopsis juradoi was named by Paula Couto (1962). Its type specimen is MNRJ 2343-V, a mandible (Left mandibular ramus, without symphiseal portion.), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is São José de Itaborai, which is in a Paleocene/Eocene fissure fill marl in Brazil. It is the type species of Marmosopsis.
