It was recombined as Cymatium vestitum by Dall (1909); it was recombined as Cymatium (Lampusia) vestitum by Smith (1948); it was recombined as Cymatium (Monoplex) vestitum by Beu (1985); it was recombined as Monoplex vestitus by Beu (2010).
