Racemonocolpites facilis was named by González-Guzmán (1967). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Slide F-III-10-583 (Catatumbo). Loc: 34.2X116.3 (micr. P0-58), a seed repro (Pollen grain), and it is a 3D fossil preserving soft parts.

Maximum thickness of exine (incl. of sculptural elements) about 5 μ. Furrow not clearly defined and inconspicuous. Grain probably intectate.
