Tirraturhinus smisseni

Taxonomy
Tirraturhinus smisseni was named by Nield et al. (2006). Its type specimen is QM F44093, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Duckworth Creek, SW of Bluff, QML 215, which is in an Induan terrestrial mudstone in the Arcadia Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Tirraturhinus.
