Magnatriporites abstractus
Taxonomy
Magnatriporites abstractus was named by González-Guzmán (1967). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Slide F-III-96-579 (Catatumbo) Loc: 33.9X126.4 (micr. P0-58), a seed repro (Pollen grain), and it is a 3D fossil preserving soft parts. It is the type species of Magnatriporites.
