Gurvaniella hosbayari

Taxonomy
Gurvaniella hosbayari was named by Kovalev (1986). Its type specimen is PIN 3149/1789, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Gurvan-Ereny-Nuruu (Outcrop 234/20), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large shale/sandstone in the Gurvan-Eren Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Gurvaniella.
