Mahavisaurus dentatus

Taxonomy
Mahavisaurus dentatus was named by Lehman (1966). Its type specimen is MNHN MAE3037, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 5 km NE of d'Irato, which is in an Induan/Smithian deltaic siliciclastic in the Middle Sakamena Formation of Madagascar. It is the type species of Mahavisaurus.
