Verrustephanocolpites verrucatus
Taxonomy
Verrustephanocolpites verrucatus was named by Van der Hammen and Garcia de Mutis (1966). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Slide F-III-22, Col. S.G.N. (Cat. -457), a seed repro (Pollen grain), and it is a 3D body fossil. It is the type species of Verrustephanocolpites.
