Sinoschizala darani
Taxonomy
Sinoschizala darani was named by Jarzembowski et al. (2012). Its type specimen is NIGP 154955, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (NIGP collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China. It is the type species of Sinoschizala.
