Chironomaptera vesca
Taxonomy
Chironomaptera vesca was named by Kalugina (1980). Its type specimen is PIN 3568/742, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Manlay, outcrop I/22 (PIN collection 3568), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siliciclastic in the Mogotuin Formation of Mongolia.
