Taxonomy
Anatropites pardoneti was named by Tozer (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 18911 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 64627, Pardonet Hill, which is in a Tuvalian marine siliciclastic in the Pardonet Formation of Canada.
