Taxonomy
Anatropites cascadensis was named by Tozer (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 12594 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 9688, locality V, Pardonet Hill, which is in a Tuvalian marine siliciclastic in the Pardonet Formation of Canada.
