Bacchites hyatti
Taxonomy
Gonionotites hyatti was named by Smith (1927). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bear Cove, north end and east side of Brock Mountain, which is in a Tuvalian carbonate limestone in the Hosselkus Formation of California.
It was recombined as Bacchites hyatti by Tozer (1994).
