Berrulestes phelizoni
Taxonomy
Berrulestes phelizoni was named by Hooker and Russell (2012). Its type specimen is MNHN.F.BR-29-Ph, a mandible (Right dentary with P3–M3 and separate condyle), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mont Berru, which is in a Thanetian fluvial conglomerate in the Sables de Bracheux Formation of France. It is the type species of Berrulestes.
