Prolouisina atavella

Taxonomy
Louisina atavella was named by Russell (1964). Its type specimen is MLU.Wa/356, a mandible (Right dentary with P4–M3 and alveoli for P2–3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Walbeck, which is in a Selandian fissure fill sandstone/mudstone in Germany.

It was recombined as Prolouisina atavella by Hooker and Russell (2012).
