Palaeoblanus tobieni

Taxonomy
Palaeoblanus tobieni was named by Schleich (1988). Its type specimen is SMF - R 4349a, a mandible (right dentary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Weisenau, which is in a MN 1 terrestrial horizon in Germany. It is the type species of Palaeoblanus.
