Platychoerops antiquus
Taxonomy
Platychoerops antiquus was named by Boyer et al. (2012). Its type specimen is NMB Bru4, a set of teeth (Right lower p3-m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mont Berru, which is in a Thanetian fluvial conglomerate in the Sables de Bracheux Formation of France.
