Qipania yui

Taxonomy
Qipania yui was named by Hu (1993). Its type specimen is IVPP V7426, a partial skull (Mandibles and maxillae), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Qipan-cun road, Taopu, Qianshan, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Wanghudun Formation of China. It is the type species of Qipania.
