Palaeotriakis curtirostris

Taxonomy
Thyellina curtirostris was named by Davis (1887). Its type specimen is BMNH P.4022, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sahil Alma (Tristram collection), which is in a Santonian carbonate lime mudstone in Lebanon.

It was recombined as Scyllium curtirostre by Woodward (1889); it was recombined as Palaeotriakis curtirostris by Guinot et al. (2013).
