Siamochelys peninsularis
Taxonomy
Siamochelys peninsularis was named by Tong et al. (2002). Its type specimen is TF 7635, a partial skeleton (An almost complete shell containing the carapace and plastron in connection, pelvis and limb bones, all preserved together), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mab Ching, which is in a Jurassic lacustrine - large claystone/limestone in Thailand.
