Minysporops dominicanus

Taxonomy
Minysporops dominicanus was named by Poinar and Heiss (2013). Its type specimen is OSU D-4-80, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Dominican amber (Poinar coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic. It is the type species of Minysporops.
