Eopodonomus nymphalis

Taxonomy
Eopodonomus nymphalis was named by Rohdendorf (1964). Its type specimen is PIN 2452/303, a nymph (larva), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Galkino (PIN collection 2452), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Eopodonomus.
