Rhagiophryne bianalis
Taxonomy
Rhagiophryne bianalis was named by Rohdendorf (1964). Its type specimen is PIN 965/2, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Galkino, East Karatau (PIN collection 965), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Rhagiophryne.
