Taxonomy
Teinonuculana guangdongensis was named by Zhang (1977). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hengli, Huiyang, which is in a Jurassic marine horizon in the Jinji Formation of China.
It was recombined as Ryderia guangdongensis by Yin and McRoberts (2006).
