Gibbirhynchia thorncombiensis

Taxonomy
Tetrarhynchia thorncombiensis was named by Buckman (1922). Its type specimen is BMNH B.65718 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Thorncombe Beacon, near Eype (Buckman thorncombiensis bed coll.), which is in a Margaritatus marine sandstone in the Thorncombe Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Gibbirhynchia thorncombiensis by Ager (1954) and Ager (1962).
