Protenodontosaurus italicus

Taxonomy
Protenodontosaurus italicus was named by Pinna (1990). Its type specimen is MFSN 1819GP, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dogna area, which is in a Julian marine limestone in the Rio del Lago Formation of Italy. It is the type species of Protenodontosaurus.
