Diagnosis

S. Kishore et al. 2015Growth form encrusting, thallus organization
monomerous. Coaxial to non-coaxial core  laments well
developed, 50-150 μm thick, cells of core  laments 18-20 μm in length and 12-15 μm in width; cell fusions present. Peripheral
 laments well developed with cell fusions (Pl. IV,  g. 5). Cells
are 15-20 μm in length and 10-12 μm in width. Epithallial cells
rounded in shape. Tetra/bisporangial conceptacles variable in
shapes and multiporate, 120-130 μm in height and 200-250 μm
in width.
