Eulithomyrmex striatus

Taxonomy
Lithomyrmex striatus was named by Carpenter (1930). Its type specimen is MCZ 2933, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Florissant (MCZ Collection), which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.

It was recombined as Eulithomyrmex striatus by Carpenter (1935) and Bolton (2012).
