Eoformica magna
Taxonomy
Eoformica magna was named by Dlussky and Rasnitsyn (2002). Its type specimen is USNM 495917, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Anvil Points, Kohls locality 40193, which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Green River Formation of Colorado.
