Paraphaenogaster lapidescens
Taxonomy
Aphaenogaster (Sinaphaenogaster) lapidescens was named by Zhang (1989). Its type specimen is 830136, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shanwang, Linqu County, collection 3, which is in a Burdigalian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Shanwang Formation of China.
It was recombined as Aphaenogaster lapidescens by Bolton (2012); it was recombined as Paraphaenogaster lapidescens by Radchenko and Perkovsky (2016).
