Liometopum imhoffii

Taxonomy
Formica imhoffii was named by Heer (1849). Its type specimen is GBA 2009/016/0238, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Radoboj (Grätz Collection), which is in a Sarmatian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in Croatia.

It was recombined as Poneropsis imhoffii by Heer (1867); it was recombined as Liometopum imhoffii by Shattuck (1994), Bolton (2012) and Dlussky and Putyatina (2014).
